Took my 3 year old during the toddler bounce session. Nice cafe and lots of tables available. The staff member Jo was so wonderful with my son who had a huge meltdown. She really went out of her way to help me and I saw her interacting with all the children there. Really nice touch. Will return again. Only recommendation would be to turn the music down a little bit as it's fairly loud
Today was my granddaughters birthday party. Everybody had a fabulous time. There was plenty of hot food for everyone. Chips,curly fries,pizza, fish fingers and nuggets. Followed by a bowl of ice cream. The play area was great and was enjoyed by all the children. The staff were all lovely as well.
Today we had my sons 8th birthday at Jumparooz in Ashton this is our first ever visit here and I know it’s a big jump to have a party somewhere you’ve never been but I was absolutely blown away by the level of customer service we received the amount of food the children got the room was decorated beautifully and the overall price is amazing when you see the effort the staff go to to make your experience wonderful we are over the moon and our boy has had the best birthday to date thank you to all the staff at Jumparooz we will be sure to return soon

I recently visited this soft play, and it was an extremely frustrating and uncomfortable experience. First, we were told we couldn't eat or drink our own food, forcing us to buy from their café. However, half an hour before closing, we were informed that the tills were registered and could only accept exact change—no card payments were allowed either. This left us in a situation where we couldn’t buy anything, yet we weren't allowed to consume our own items. It felt completely unfair and poorly managed.nnTo make things worse, the toilets were being cleaned while guests were still present, making it inconvenient to use them. On top of all that, we felt very uncomfortable as staff seemed to be watching us constantly, which made the whole experience even worse.nnOverall, it was a horrific experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this soft play to anyone. I hope they seriously reconsider their policies and improve their customer service in the future...
