I am just wanting to thank a member of staff called Jo..what an absolutely wonderful caring lady on your team! My nephew has autism and he had a bit of a to do because he didn't want it leave.. he fell off the chair..and Jo come over to us and speak to my nephew..she calmed him down give him a high five and a love and some of his favourite chocolates..what a wonderful lady you are..thank you so much for being so kind towards us ..thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so kind and caring we need a lot more people in this world like you
Took my 3 year old during the toddler bounce session. Nice cafe and lots of tables available. The staff member Jo was so wonderful with my son who had a huge meltdown. She really went out of her way to help me and I saw her interacting with all the children there. Really nice touch. Will return again. Only recommendation would be to turn the music down a little bit as it's fairly loud
Great place to take the kids for a quick jump . The kids had a blast here the place was nice and quiet when we went we booked in for 12.30. There was children of all ages there it got a bit busy when we was nearly at the end of our slot. Good price too if your like me and have a few children I think I paid £20 for myself and 3 children. The kids where exhausted by the time we left. The staff are very nice helpful and welcoming we will be going again we wnt in the holidays.
Today was my granddaughters birthday party. Everybody had a fabulous time. There was plenty of hot food for everyone. Chips,curly fries,pizza, fish fingers and nuggets. Followed by a bowl of ice cream. The play area was great and was enjoyed by all the children. The staff were all lovely as well.
We had our sons party here today. The staff were lovely to deal with, nothing was too much trouble, they were so helpful and made it a really pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend.
