Great few hours out for kids and big kids too. Cafes ok, pizzas quite decent. Good range of snacks and I like the coffee. Big space for play. Little lad enjoyed hide and swek
Went with by boys aged 7 to 8 we had a good time was busy but still lots to do. We arrived early and the staff let us in on the next time slot. Once in side we had drinks and there is a viewing area that looks across the play zone so you can sit and watch the kids. I did go in with my boys and this was good too. You need to have socks for extra grip.
Shocking experience today for my son’s 10th birthday party. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would.nnPaid whatever it was for the top package about £250.nnTurned up at 2.10pm, party due to start at 2.30pm. Stood in a ridiculously long queue for ages. Staff trying to communicate on walkie-talkies but couldn’t hear a word what each other were saying. Anyway. Stood there until about 2.30pm and then was finally let in. No safety video was shown… I know kids don’t really watch them but I feel like that’s just a compete disregard for health and safety - shocking!nnWe got in. Kids were all off playing. The park was RAMMED. Kids everywhere from aged 4 to 18. Adolescents sprinting round the park with no disregard for smaller children.. again, a huge health and safety problem.nnThen the fun really started.nnWe took a shop bought cake for my son and gave this to the staff, along with 2 sets of candles. 1x normal & 1x Sparkler style. They took this from us to keep it safe and hidden. 5 minutes later, they came back and said they’d dropped it on the floor. They asked what I wanted them to do…. What do you think? Go and get a replacement. To be fair, they did do that.nnParty was booked 2.30pm - 4pm.nnFood came out. We had chosen hotdogs and pizza. A total of 2 pizzas came acceptable for 10 small children.. along with 3/4 hotdogs that had been cut into bite size pieces. To my complete disbelief, they all got 1x bite size piece each.nnAfter food the kids went to play again.nnIt was nearing 4pm home time. I went back to the party area and saw the cake had been replaced. Great. I went down and asked if a member of staff could now do the “happy birthday” part with candles and singing etc. THEY SAID THEY COULDNT INCASE THEY DROPPED THE CAKE AGAIN.nnSo I had to do it. But I couldn’t, because they hadn’t given me ANY candles or a lighter. I had to go down again and request that. 10 minutes later they arrived.nnOnce we had done that, I asked for a knife and some napkins. Again, 5 minutes later it arrived.nnBy this point, it was half past 4. 30 minutes after we had arranged for the party to end. We just wanted to go home. Some of my son’s friends had to leave before we could even cut them some cake. My son was upset about this and couldn’t understand why.nnCommunication from the party host and all the staff throughout was shocking.nnMy wife at one point went down stairs to the cafe area and heard a group of staff speaking out of turn about me as I had made it obvious that I wasn’t happy. Very professional.nnThe resolution from the manager was to give me 10x free passes. This might seem like a great deal for the inconvenience to most.nnHowever, due to the above health and safety concerns, I will not be returning and urge others not to use this unorganised, unsafe @ frankly unprofessional establishment.nnThe amount of money they make here must be eye watering.nnI would recommend employing capable staff who know how to communicate when things go wrong or timings don’t work out. What could have been relatively minor issues, were just made more major due to no communication and a requirement from me to keep chasing. So much so, that they actually spoke about me out of turn in a communal cafe area.nnI am shocked after the experience today.nnOh and another point… the small kids area to the right hand side when you enter the bouncy area.. 2 young lads probably 9/10 years old found a way to climb up onto the roof structure. They crawled all the way to the edge of the tall wall structure probably 15-20feet tall and were at risk of falling off. No staff were aware of this. Luckily, I saw them and told them to get down. It’s not worth thinking about what would have happened if they had of slipped off onto the hard floor walk area surrounding the enclosure. I honestly think a full risk assessment needs to be done on this place as it is UNSAFE.nnI will also be emailing a complaint to JumpInc after this experience and expect a proper resolution.
Erin had an amazing 7th Birthday party. Summer the party host was a superstar and could not have asked for more, always available, playing games with the kids etc. highly recommend.
I booked a 10am slot online for my two boys at 6 and 10years. Never been before so thought I’d book. Easy enough process online. Watched the safety video with the boys! and electronically signed the disclaimer and when we arrived, I gave my surname and they had my booking information and signed form as well. They sent me a QR code as a ticket but I didn’t need it. Plenty of seating available both up and downstairs Howe you can’t see much due to the set up. I bought a really nice cappuccino made properly and two cans of pop for the kids. £6 didn’t seem too bad at all. Staff very friendly and very helpful too with explanations. I only saw the boys twice the whole time and they loved it! There’s a huge inflated area with numerous obstacles, a four lanes ninja course with varying degrees of difficulty and behind them, a small indoor football pitch!? Cost was approximately £25 for both boys and £2.50 each for the socks for them to keep for next time. £30 to tire the kids out - priceless! £25 next time - the equivalent cost for bowling for example, so I now have another option for a morning out. I live in Sheffield but was recommended Rotherham. I’m glad I took the advice. The free lockers are great for trainers so you’re not lumbered! Just open, put items in, close, lift handle and put a 4-digit code in. A light comes on and goes off. Just put your code back in to open again. Just a tip - we went on opening and it soon got busy - but not bad at all. We had the place nearly to ourselves!
