I went today as one of two carers to a young boy who has additional needs. When we arrived, we alerted the staff to the child's needs and agreed with them that both carers would need to go on with him.nThe child is unable to jump on his own so I went on the trampoline with the child. The child was sat and I stood half a meter to the side and jumped to give him that feedback of jumping. He had a big smile on his face.n2 members of staff seperately came over and told us not to jump with him. Each time we explained that he wasn't able to jump by himself and asked if there was an alternative. We tried holding his hands and standing on the blue parts between the trampoline. Unfortunately this didn't work and the child was unhappy with this alternative.nWe spoke to the manager and unfortunately the only alternative was bouncing on our knees. We considered this but agreed it wouldn't be safe as the child weighs just as much as the adults.nI would recommend that the staff and management take a look at the inclusion of their setting and consider making reasonable adjustments in order to be inclusive to children who have additional needs in the future.
Great place to go with kids albeit quite expensive. Do feel like you get your money's worth though and the kids are never voted there! Staff are all friendly and good with the children. Would definitely visit again
Esher Jump-In is always a great experience. Our daughter tried the climbing facilities today and Connor did a great job of making her feel comfortable. He was very kind and professional. Overall a great place for kids
Jump in Esher is a great place to take the kids for a couple of hours entertainment. Their prices are good and you have lots of choices regarding how long to stay. You can choose between trampoline and climbing and for the little ones soft play. It’s quick and relatively easy to book, sign the waivers and in my experience even in peak times and when it’s packed you get served quickly and efficiently at the reception.
