Julian's opened in 2004 and is one of Wirral's finest restaurants and has a reputation for innovative cuisine and friendly professional service. It is in the coastal resort of Hoylake, and is a Bistro style, Fine Dining restaurant. Serving Modern British and International cuisine. Menus change monthly reflecting seasonal fresh produce. A wonderful dining experience with friendly, efficient service. We have dined here twice before and have recommended it to family and friends. Fair prices and excellent food, great selection of wines and cheeseboard on request. Always a different soup de jour and meats cooked perfectly. Fillet steak this evening was faultless. This is oddly only the second time we have been to Julian's. The first time was many years ago and given what a wonderful meal we had last night, we are bemused why we have not been more frequently. We will be making an effort to go more regularly.

A lovely meal as always. I had the pheasant, very tasty with some seasonal veg and potatoes. Also had a lovely cheese board to finish. It's always fantastic here and we are always made to feel very welcome. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area!
Attended for a family anniversary. Customer service and attention to detail absolutely fantastic. Food was amazing!!!!!! The chateaubriand was delicious and the nicest steak ever tasted. Both starters and desserts were fabulous. Can’t wait to go again.
