Absolutely rubbish service, I’ve been going to this car wash since opening. I live locally, the manager (or whoever he is) is so lazy and rude !! Today I took the car , they charged me £20 and the car wasn’t cleaned after all , when I complained they said it’s what they can offer and if I’m not happy I can find elsewhere! Obviously they don’t own the business therefore they don’t give a damn about customer service . I’m sorry for the owner of the business ! All my friends and family used to wash their car there but because of the rubbish service and extremely rude guys there they won’t go there anymore. I will tell everyone not to waste their money for that awful service and attitude. There is many better car washes around .

Didn’t clean the car properly, I pointed this out but he forced me to pay first and then refused to do it. Horrendous service

Obviously no boss there as I've just been charged £17 for a small car. Staff rude and smoking. NEVER will I go there again

Very RUDE
Same experience as tstopman (see his comments).  After using the carwash for a number of years - it takes one rude service manager to ruin the reputation of the place.  After pointing out some missed spots - I was told that they don't have time for such little details as they have "a business to run" and I was told to leave and not to come back.  This is not something that one would expect from any half-decent service business striving to provide customer satisfaction. Similar comments and experiences had from my friends and colleagues who used it in the past.  Even though I live locally - I will not use the place again and strongly advise to keep well clear of it!!!

Have used many times can get very busy so once you are in and cars start coming in behind you your stuck so careful if you are in a mad rush , however the quality of service is excellent and my car always looks brand new , very friendly guys
