Fantastic service with a friendly atmosphere. Julia makes you feel very comfortable in her company. Although I dread waxing, Julia makes the experience feel comfortable and as pain free as possible (if that can be possible). Her facials are one of the best I've had in and around Harlow. I've also had the massages that are so relaxing and feel amazing.

I have had a few treatments from this lovely lady and i can't recommend her highly enough. Facials and luxury pedicures are my favourite as they leave me feeling very relaxed and cleansed. Julia always greets you with a smile and makes you feel very comfortable. She is full of great advice if you need it and always happy to help.

Julia has been my beauty therapist for many years and is persistently first class. Friendly relaxed atmosphere, beautiful room and perfect treatments every time. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Competitive rates too.
