Special shout out to Belle who made my friend's hen-do such a fantastic time! We booked a cocktail making class and not only did Belle explain everything super well, she was incredibly bubbly and made sure we all had a great time and played games with us, and even scored us a table in the club downstairs!! The only reason I'm not giving 5 is because the venue bathrooms were not clean and not pleasant to use
We love the revolution company overall, been to other branches before but first time at Brighton revolution. We had a horrible experience here. So slow on drinks. Food arrived first, fair enough half of them was unbeatable due to too oily dry literally were eating almost only oil. The dessert arrived with the incorrect flavoured ice cream and if it wasn’t enough also, with hair inside. Overall venue is so dirty. We wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone would actually advise to void it. We won’t be back for sure.
Ordered 4 cocktails and they were taking ages with no sign of them making them as we could see the staff wandering around and not at the bar so we asked how long they will be and had a sarcastic response and said they were about to do them. He eventually made them and then they were sat on the side for about 8 minutes with the staff chatting and on their phones not bringing the drinks over when we had been waiting ages so we went to get them our selves. Not only was the service slow, the staff were rude and unapologetic however the bouncer was nice and apologised for our bad experience with the rest of the staff. When we had a our drinks we were told to ‘drink our drinks up’ as they were shutting.
I had my birthday brunch there, amazing vibes. Music is so good exactly what I like. Katie and Sacha made it the best experience ever!
Went on a cocktails Masterclass last night and it was brilliant fun. Despite being a bit older than their usual customers we're in our 50s all the staff were so welcoming and friendly and we ending up staying for dinner. Really great evening, highly recommend
Nipped in for a beer after traveling to Brighton as it's the nearest bar to our hotel. The staff were just fantastic - happy, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Definitely going back.
I made a booking of 12 for bottomless brunch at 15:30 on a Friday - well in advance for a hen do and they placed us at two booths next to eachother but quite seperate which was quite frustrating as we couldn't All talk together due to the nature of the seating. When I asked if we could find an alternative table they said no because of future bookings which I understand However the room we were in barely got filled and I wonder why you would accept a booking of 12 if unable to accommodate. One particular girl was excellent and I believe it was only one of her first shifts. However the rest of the staff left much to be desired There were excuses about drinks being unavailable - ran out of prosecco... Then miraculously had more which I find odd at a place that does bottomless prosecco..? It just seemed like they couldn't be bothered. One member of the party opted for the bottomless beer - which after 1-2 drinks they had run out of. They then proceeded to tell my friend that he could have an alternative which he opted for. They then brought a card machine to charge him? And said that his drink wasn't included in the price - when they had offered it as a substitution. It was all quite bizarre and not great. Food was average at best.
Pathetic service they don't even take order just pretend to be busy. In my country there are more busy bars than this is one but they are useless people.
My work recently had it's Christmas party there in a room upstairs. It is decorated with a great eclectic look and vibe. The staff are all friendly and polite. Definitely a place to visit
Very disappointing that the fact you have to show id when you are 50 is a thing. We had come down for the weekend, haven't been to a club for years and was refused entry because we had no photo id. Your website only mentions all customers needing to show photo id, under the UNDER 18 policy. Not being under 18, I wouldn't have read that section. It should be more prominent on your website and considering you have the facilities to take photos and we had non photo id, you should have been flexible.
