With so many curry houses around when you find a good one, it’s good to shout about it, which is why I’m doing this review. On Fri evening we got here early, around 6pm. The menu is really comprehensive and my personal trait is asking the staff to suggest something I should order, I like the surprise. They suggested the Lamb Shank. My favourite here is normally the Salmon Shashlik, it’s to die for. Food arrives promptly, the team of waiting staff always checking if we wanted more drinks, or sauces for the popadoms. As I hope you can see from the video my Lamb Shank was huge and really tasty. The other main dish was salmon in a tandoori sauce, with three large strips of salmon. All the food wonderful cooked only topped by the friendly staff. If you’ve not been try it. It’s damn good
Best Indian restaurant in Brentwood, and there are a lot of Indian restaurants in Brentwood! Food always excellent, and they always recognise their regular customers. Highly recommended.Food: 5/5
Enjoyed my meal, only fault was we had to wait nearly an hour for food to arrive at the table, whilst waiting you see untold take aways being taken to delivery drivers I guess. Apart from that an enjoyable evening.Food: 4/5
Truly special food if you like your Indian. Give it a try for sure.
Service ok, perhaps concentrate on this rather than promoting the beer every 15-20 minutes. Waiters need training in avoiding putting hands and fingers in to your dishes when serving at the table. Food nice and reasonably priced too. Would go again but found the food serving a little bit off putting.

Had a great meal a few weeks ago here with friends. Service is on point, the food was great. The restaurant definitely feels like a traditional Indian restaurant, some of the newer brands almost strip that element out, this is well decorated with cultural decor and ornaments.
Food was lovely and tasty. Service was good, albeit a little slow seeing as we needed to be out by 10pm, took them about 20 minutes to take our order. They also kept taking my glass for water when it was empty without asking if I was finished with it. The young waiter made an effort for my nephew's birthday, bringing him and my son a complimentary dessert.
Loved and used this restaurant for years.. it seem post lock dock things not so good.. Had a couple of quality issues lately but this one is final straw.. Ordered a meal New Year’s Eve.. Yes I know it’s New Year’s Eve but meal arrived within 45 mins which I was amazed at.. the only thing was my curry was missing and I ended up with rice bread and sundries.. Spoke to a fella at restaurant who was in a right fluster who told me they would send me only another curry within the hour.. Come on! Done 30 quid for a bit of rice and bread… Not sure if it’s under new management but not the same service.. Shama! Won’t be using them again…
Best Indian I've had in years. This is not just your average curry house with sweet, bland & mild for the masses. It tastes authentic with real spices and the chef's selections are different, interesting and bloody tasty! I"m so lucky we live so close by!
