Recently purchased a Kia Sportage from Jt Hughes Newtown, through sales executive Sasha.nAfter visiting another local car garage, I was a little nervous as had found them extremely pushy & rude. However this couldn’t be further from the experience I received here.nnSasha was absolutely amazing through the whole process. I didnt feel for one second pressured, and Sash couldn’t have been nicer. Through my HP finance application she explained absolutely everything to me, which really helped as I had always done PCP agreements previously.nnThere were a few things to be completed prior to me collecting the car alloy wheel re-ferb being one and all were completed to a superb standard. Through-out I was kept informed by Sash! Collection day couldn’t have been easier!nSash handled absolutely everything for me. Sorting out all the paperwork & TAX for the vehicle made it an absolute breeze! Drove away super happy with my Sportage & still absolutely loving it nearly 2 months later!nI cannot fault my experience at JT Hughes Newtown, and have recommended many people to them. So much so, my mum has been and purchased a used car from JT’s & is collecting in a few days time.nnHighly recommend JT Hughes & especially Sasha - an asset to the company.nThank you for a 5star car buying experience!
Purchased a used Kia EV from salesman John Dee, he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Nothing was too much trouble, would recommend him to anyone. As we have only just Purchased the vehicle we have not used any other department, however reception staff have also been very helpful.
From the initial inquiry about a service and MOT for my Kia sportage I received nothing but excellent customer service.nNatalie was very helpful and informative when booking and welcoming when we arrived.nnEverything was explained to us and we were dropped off in town by Jack, who was a delightful young man while the work was carried out and we were kept informed of any extra work that needed to be completed.nnWe were collected from town when the work was completed and all work and paperwork was explained. The car had been washed and vacuumed.nnI would highly recommend JT Hughes and I will certainly be using them again for any work in the future. All the staff were very polite and clearly enjoyed their work which was evident in how they interacted with me and my wife.nI would 100% recommend JT Hughes.
John who we dealt with was wonderful. He kept us informed on the progress of our car. When we picked it up he answered all our questions and didn’t rush us even though someone else was waiting to see him. He was very friendly and put us at ease and not your typical stereotype car sales person. He also said if we have any questions we can ring him or pop in. I would highly recommend him. Absolutely love our new care and it definitely was the right fit for us. Thanks John for all your help.
I recently purchased a Kia Proceed from J T Hughes. The process was as smooth as possible, Sasha went out of her way to ensure that I was informed and happy throughout. I even had a call a few days after driving the car away to ask if I had any questions etc. This is one of the best dealerships I’ve dealt with, I would recommend this dealership, thank you Sasha.
