Absolutely terrible service. They have essentially stolen 80 quid from me, pretty sure it's illegal. The materials delivered were a different grade and cheaper than I ordered. I was not told about this before the delivery and have followed up multiple times to get a refund for the difference. It's been over a month since the materials were delivered and I still haven't had my money back, despite being promised multiple times that it will be processed immediately. On top of that, 2 of the pieces were unusable and the service I received to return and refund these have been just as bad.nnEdit after reply: Thank you for the quick reply, but I am still unsure why the refund for the cheaper material provided has not yet been processed as this issue is separate to the bent material I requested to be returned. I would appreciate confirmation that this will be part of the refund.

Great staff, great products. Hippo ecopac foils. Silicone Sealants,Sanitary sealants, PRO 3, Flex dec filler, caulk and no nails,400mls of product, no plastic waste.
I was after planks to replace rotten one's on my shed. Managed to locate what I was looking for and supplied with a saw to cut them into the right size. No issues.
Helpful staff and a wide range of building materials. Good delivery options and account options are available.
