My experience with JSWAP has been incredible from start to finish. I cannot express my gratitude enough.They are the most professional Team I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. They have amazing communication skills keeping their client up to date with every development and as a client they look after every detail impeccably, I highly recommend if you are looking for a property this outfit is second to none and their clients happiness and satisfaction is their end goal.
Since 2014, JSWAP has done an exemplary job of managing properties for me. I can find no fault with them whatsoever. They were highly recommended to me, and when I approached James, it was obvious that he was knowledgeable, experienced and good at his job. The first property was prepared and rented out very quickly. JSWAP has always vetted and installed suitable tenants and I never have had any trouble. In 2017, I decided to buy another property to let and James, again, was very helpful. We discussed the best properties to purchase etc and to make a long story short, I bought the house and JSWAP as before, rented it out to very good tenants. During the past eight years, things have run very smoothly indeed. I rarely hear from JSWAP! They are very professional and always let me know if there is a minor issue needing attention e.g. malfunctioning appliance which needs repair etc. When such scenarios present themselves, someone from the office always contacts me to ask permission to call in the appropriate tradesperson. I am always kept in the loop. Everyone at the office has always been polite, friendly and professional. In short, they shoulder all responsibility leaving me to enjoy the rent which arrives regularly each month! I live in England and consequently, am delighted that my properties are managed in such a competent manner. I can see from reading other JSWAP reviews, that most people feel as I do. It is obvious that the staff ARE pleasant and helpful; we all can’t be wrong. Curiosity prompted me to read negative reviews and I implore people to be wary of disparaging comments - pertaining to any organisation - not only JSWAP. It is a sad fact that there are those who enjoy jeopardizing other peoples’ businesses. One negative review was written by someone who has posted several one star reviews with scathing comments. Another wrote, “Staff suit the business as their just as horrible.” If people are going to write reviews aimed at the adult population, then learn to write like an adult - not a mediocre primary school child. ‘Their’ should be ‘they’re’ for a start. Slovenly English will not do much to inspire confidence in the reviewer. I know I couldn't say categorically that JSWAP has never treated anyone harshly. Some people may feel they have had negative experiences, but I CAN confirm that I have always been treated very well and I can only speak as I find. If anyone approaches JSWAP with a genuine query or asks for their help, I would be very surprised indeed to hear that they were treated any differently than I was - and most other reviewers as well!. This company was strongly recommended to me all those years ago and I, in turn, am proud to confirm that they have lived up to their reputation.
I recently let a property out through JSWAP. The service was brilliant from the start, they explained every step and I was kept well informed. They checked all interested tenants from references to credit checks and put people forward that matched my criteria. I look forward to seeing how the management of the rental goes, thank you JSWAP!
I can confirm that JSWAP does a very good job! Staff are professional and approachable. Basically - they do what they are paid for and take pressure of the landlords. I am happy to recommend them.

Fantastic service from a friendly yet highly professional team. High level of customer service, prompt efficient and so helpful. Nothing was ever too much for any of them, they were always available to answer any questions or queries I had. Any future business will certainly be going their way.
I have been dealing with JSWAP now for two years in through being on the committee in our development. Dealing with both Julie & Jimmy, I can't say how professional, helpful, fair & impartial they are in dealing with all the queries that arise. They try to give us the best advise drawing on their experiences dealing with other sites & generally, there advice is always correct. Its important to have a good relationship with people you trust when they are advising on everything from legalities to how best to allocate money for the improvement of your development & that is what I have in Julie, Jimmy & JSWAP. Great company & great people in it. Can't recommend them highly enough.
JSWAP is a first rate property management company. The staff are efficient, professional, knowledgeable, competent, friendly and a real pleasure to deal with. I fully recommend their service which is vastly superior to many other larger companies with whom I have dealings. I am extremely satisfied with the service that this company provides and the 5 star rating is justly deserved.
