The shop is amazing and the personal very professional. I mean i find the helmet that i need and they help me to find a good pair of gloves. Aaaaand when i ask about a pair of jeans with protection the guy scan me and , 6.2, take me to the jeans section and give the perfect pair. Rock oonnn!!!

Amazed at the reviews here, staff couldn't be less interested. Chatting among themselves rather than trying to assist, curt answer when I asked about something. Kept my money in my pocket.
Just bought full set of leathers, boots, gloves and helmet. Shop is very clean, well presented and more importantly no pressure or anticipation from the staff who are very helpful, very polite and know their stuff. Spent almost an hour trying on before buying. There was a better selection than I had expected.

Great selection and lovely professional staff. Was torn between two sets of boots. They did me a solid and brought in both pairs based on sizing of other models they had in stock of the same brand. End up leaving with a set of TCX drifters. Couldn't be happier. Were very patient with my indecision & helped me make an unrushed decision. Great service today from the female staff member who assisted me today , walked in as a nervous novice getting ready for their CBT , made the situation relaxed and welcoming . Will definitely return once CBT completed and ready to upgrade the items bought when ready to move to my full license.

Shoutout to Gary! & Alex. Gary - what an absolute Gentleman. He truly represents the store with Care, Compassion, Kindness, Professionalism, Expertise, brilliance. He massively helped me out today returning a helmet with a 1 in 1000 problem. Truly a great welcome to the biking community!! Could not thank this gentleman enough. I can confidently say this man is a great asset to J&S Accessories. I've left as a very happy customer I had to go back just to shake this gentleman's hand for his amazing service provided!!! Alex was their the first time I was in and this time always pleasant and issues good advice aswell. Needs to get himself a bike though. He helped me chose a jacket and such. Great Member of staff to Have their! Thanks Alex. Both absolutely valuable to the store. I highly recommend this shop for any biker gear. They will sort you out, help you out, no pressure. Staff are always really helpful and friendly. Purchased my boots which they got reserved at another branch for me and ordered my jacket in with no hassle. Helped me ensure both were a good fit. Also found my alpineboots here cheaper than other places.
