This company was prebooked and prepaid to take my husband to the airpor and puck up from the airport,through his work.All went fine for the drop off.Then today my husband arrived at the airport-after traveling since yesterday morning as it took 3 flights-and he ran for 45 minutes after he landed.The phone either rang out,cut off or went to answering machine.I tried calling as well and texted.Nothing.My husband was stranded and after an hour we decided to call a regular taxi who were brilliant and sent someone who arrived quickly.We are now £70 out of pocket as we had to pay.I am furious.Will never use this company again.

I'm from the U.S., and I was in the Knutsford area in early May. I found John and all of his drivers from JPS Corporate Hire to be the most reliable of all the services I used. They were courteous, prompt, and they drove a large group of us where we needed to go for the four days we were in town. I thought the prices were reasonable for the service they provided, and I would recommend JPS Corporate Hire to anyone. They also take credit cards, which many taxi services do not.

Saved my bacon after a previous (larger) firm let me down. I had 6 minutes to get to the station and the driver got me there in 5 thereby saving me an hour wait for the next train. Courteous, prepared with a receipt and let me hurry out!

Got to be honest and say I really don't like leaving negative reviews. But I have too on this occasion. My company used JPS corporate hire to take 8 of us from a local hotel to Tatton Park for our Christmas party. We booked and paid for a minibus and Mercedes car. They arrived on time, some confusion if we had paid or not. That was eventually ironed out. But the problem started when they collected us at 1am on the morning from the venue to return us back to the hotel. Only the minibus arrived, capable of carrying 6. When questioned the driver was basically rude and said the other car is on another job. He told us to squeeze in as he couldn't make two journeys and drove us back. I've since sent two emails asking for a discount / partial refund because clearly the car had been used for another job even though we had paid for it for that evening, but i have had no replies so far. Such a shame. This company were good last year. Yes, expensive. But still good. I could have paid considerably less and got the same level of service this year.. next year, we will.

Dave was running 5 mins late because of traffic but text me to let me know. He was only 5 mins so I thought that was a nice touch. He was chatty and friendly. Reasonably priced.
