This is a review for allen cleaning which is the same ad jpn cleaning (same phone number and owner) so is applicable to both
Avoid at all cost... we were with them for many years and made the mistake of going back to them when we moved house. Not because they were good but because amongst the inexperienced cleaners there were some good ones. During that time we endured constant staff changes. Just as we got some good cleaners for a few weeks they would leave and then be replaced with inexperienced cleaners.  So having to start from scratch every few weeks and expect a lower quality clean for a couple of weeks while they get used to the job. Hence a constant roller coaster in quality and cleaning times. Until the point where we got sick of complaining and just accepted things.

The nail in the coffin was being told that the 1|2 hour ironing would have to be extra on top of the  £51 plus £3.75 for travel for 2 and 1/2 hours of cleaning including ironing.  When we challenged this we were told that it is really 2 hours because the 1/2 hour is travel time.  So essentially paying travel time and taking time out of the cleaning time for travel? Basically changing contract to suit them.  He increases the rates without informing you. These are the constant battles with this poorly managed and despicable cleaning company.   I had to check on the cleaners regularly to ensure job was done i.e cleaning the bathroom floor properly because they don't move anything so grime builds up and asking them to ensure taps are polished which is in the contract; this was seen as asking detailed cleaning works... seriously??? If they did there job regularly i shouldn't have to do this. I am after all paying professional cleaners????? Read the contract really carefully as one thing every clause is not to your benefit, i can assure you of that. He breached the contract but he still wanted us to pay him out?  And then he came up with fees!  We missed a payment last year by accident and no single reminder and then he demands a huge fee 6 months later. Just a few more examples of the tenacious unprofessionalism you have to deal with. The lying director got really aggressive in his daily emails. He also claimed the were regularly doing overtime up to 3 hours which is why the ironing needed to be extra. We have a Ring doorbell which comes with CCTV that tracks and records their coming and going times. Over a 10 week period they had done  a total of 36 mins overtime over 3 visits (but nowhere near 3 hours on any 1 visit) and a massive 4.5 hours overall short for the remaining 7 visits. One particular day they were 78 minutes short. To this the replied that this must account for 10 minutes onwards travel time and loading and unloading of the car times the number of people (by the way this is on top of the travel time and costs already charged).  We have video evidence showing that they come to the door first,  and then he tries to argue that onwards travel time is multiplied by the number of people.....this goes on and on and on; coming up with lies and excuses.  Now the saga continues cause he won't accept our notice for termination of breach of contract.  Maybe i will use this at work, sorry i don't accept your notice to cancel contract i have decided to keep going and you will continue to pay me... unbelievable.  Do yourself a favour and avoid this horribly managed company and save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.  To this no doubt he'll ask one of his friends to post a rave review and that he never worked for us or some lie like that... but i am sure people are smart enough to see through fake reviews.

JPN Cleaning cannot be expressed as anything other than a shambles!!!!!!! from the director to the cheap and nasty products used by decent staff who HAVE NO CHOICE and only appear to last a number of days?
Please if you have any cleaning requirements shop around avoid this company and also the attached window cleaning arm of a very poor business structure with no ethics whatsoever.
The public are now aware.

We've been using JPN for our business premises for a number of years now and have always been impressed with their work and approach. Other cleaners have also been good but JPN are who we've decided to continue with.

JPN Cleaning are an excellent company with a strong reputation. Unfortunately, I know Belinda Day and she was fired from the company for reasons she is well aware of and which weren't entirely legal. It's worth people knowing why she wrote the review that she did.
