John is a helpful friendly guy, with great customer service skills. He is very knowledgeable about his industry and repaired the PCB in our damaged car key fob in under 10 mins. Charges are very reasonable. I will be recommending J P Locksmiths to all my clients and friends.
I went there to do the spare car key as i just bought the car with only one remote key. Unfortunately, the remote doesn't working. I arrived their office then asked about spare key and replace the key battery, staff maybe the owner checked it and said remote key works fine maybe something wrong with the central locks. Then I have booked for check my car next week. I can feel genuinely suggestion from him then will come back again if I have some concerns.
I locked myself out today, John took my call promptly, he came within an hour as promised, and managed to get me in without changing the locks. He was really professional, lovely to deal with, very honest and good price. I think he was as pleased as me that we didn't need a lock change, which I suspect many locksmiths wouldn't be. Highly recommend.
During a recent holiday, this place helped me out massively. I lost my key for my hitch lock on my caravan, this meant the van was permanently attached to the car. This place managed to remove the pin making our holiday an enjoyable time. I would have no issues using this place again, and I would definitely recommend them if you need help.
Absolutely amazing service. Spoke to a previous locksmith who told me my key was broken and needed replacing at a large cost. Rang this company and went in, he repaired the key quickly and had me on my way within 10 minutes. So polite and friendly, plus he quoted me a much cheaper price of I had needed my key replacing. Honest and polite, a solid 10/10
A proper locksmiths. Friendly helpful staff Managed to get me a new now rare key type for my 36yr old Ford and at a good price. The only place you need to go for any key or lock you need.. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

Had to cut short a holiday as my key jammed in the ignition barrel and could not get anyone to help down in Cirencester. Once home I tried two auto locksmiths based in Hull, one never answered the phone, the other had an on line form to fill out with a promise of getting back within 24 hours I'm still waiting. As I live in Beverley I thought I would try J P Locksmiths, amazing, couldn't have been more helpfull, three days later I'm back on the road. Well done 10/10

lost my car key so phoned JP locksmiths, from the very first contact with the lady on the phone to cancelling my appointment as in the mean time my keys turned up i was given excellent service, advice, and pricing. I cannot recommend them enough. thanks guys and will be in the very near future for a spare cutting
