I went to the clinic for some physio following a car accident. The experience was good, the treatment rooms were clean and private, the staff pleasent and professional. Overall it was very good. The only negative was lack of proper parking, if you are lucky you will squeeze on the drive (staff car park ?) , if you are unlucky you might have to park a long way down Joy Lane, not great if you are carrying an injury !

I had my fist treatment last week with Daniel at the Folkestone clinic. I have an ongoing neck problem and my left arm would't fully stretch. Daniel worked hard and by the end of the session I had a fully functioning arm. So, the treatment was great and I'm in fact going back again this week. The location of the clinic is a body building gym, which I didn't particularly like, and the receptionist wasn't very friendly. The therapy room is dated and not very well maintained. it would be good if they could  make this room a bit nicer, as this would really enhance the experience.

I was in absolute agony ! booked an appointment with Andy the same day and hey presto I feel great again.He was very friendly and professional and really knew how to sort my back out.

I have been to the Joy Lane clinic in whistable over the last couple of years for my neck problems. Often times I have showed up when my neck problems have gotten to the point where they were disrupting my daily life. Charlie has been able to treat my condition every time.  Charlie is extremely professional and has provided treatment to the highest standard. He is amazing at what he does -  I would definitely recommend the Joy Lane clinic to anyone experiencing muscular, joint or nerve related problems!
