Sent flowers to mum for her birthday. Had to call the shop to ask them to redirect and the girl who answered was very pleasant and friendly. Mum loved the flowers and so did her family and friends. Mum commented on how fresh they were. And the arrangement was colourful and abundant. A very satisfied customer. I would highly recommend this florist .
On every occasion that I have used Reilly's I have been so impressed with the level of efficiency, courtesy and the actual product that they deliver. Every person that I have sent flowers to have loved the flowers but also the instructions that the florist have given to them for taking care of the flowers or plants. Very impressed and will continue to use them. Thank you.
Through work, I currently live in the USA with my partner living in our own place next to Reilly’s. I called explaining where I was calling from and that I would like to order some flowers £5 for a bunch of chrysanthemums; as they’re her favourite and have them delivered - seriously a five minute walk to my address and back that I would’ve paid £10 for. I fully intended to make a full payment over the phone to cover the costs of an ongoing order that would both suit my local florists and me over time. I never had the chance as the off hand attitude was basically, we don’t deliver on items less than £20...thank you and goodbye. I was so taken aback that I called again to pass on my disappointment. It was the owner I spoke to. I just hope that business is always so good for them they don’t have to put any effort in to customer service and flexibility. I’ll be home for good shortly and I will I promise to never buy a single item from them.
Had to change delivery address and it wasnt a problem. Very Happy with the service and flowers were well worth the money. My good lady was v pleased indeed. Would use again for sure.
once again these guys didnt disappoint. sent flowers on valentines day but unfortuanetly girlfriend had left for home.her office called to let her know and delivery driver said he would deliver to home address as he was travelling that way. above and beyond!!!!! excellent service well done ONCE AGAIN!!!!!
