I bought a Volvo S40 2 weeks ago and wanted some past service history and paperwork on the car. I phoned and spoke to Paul at Joseph Metcalf & Sons who’d worked on the car for many years. He gave me all the information I needed and posted all the paperwork on the cars service history to me. He didn’t have to help me as I’m not his customer but he gave me good-old-fashioned friendly service. I like these guys! M J Broom, Chichester, West Sussex.

Very good experience with this garage! They deal with everything professionally and don't rip you off. As I'm not very knowledgeable about cars they took time to explain the issues and what will need to happen. Thankyou!
