Very friendly and helpful service from Dylan. my bike was delivered across the other side of the kingdom without issue. Every step was well explained and I would confidently order a bike from them again.
Just recently bought an MT10, and although the trip to get to the store was quite long, having a face to face with Dylan that sort out everything for me in terms of the condition of the bike was very thoughtful and calmed me a bit because I've never bought a bike over the phone. Never, with all my questions I felt I was being rushed, they were happy to let me stay to do a couple of things on the bike to get it sorted to ride it home, it was quite a trip and I'm a very happy costumer! Excellent service throughout the whole process of buying my new bike Jake took my initial equiry via the Facebook page and took me through everything step by step making the whole process very easy. Im constantly traveling so getting in to see the bike wasnt too easy but a deposit and the the bike was took off sale until i got down there. The bike was prepared immaculately it really was like showroom condition and i knew instantly i was taking it home. The showroom itself is fantastic you can actually walk around and sit on the bikes unlike a lot of other places everyone seemed really friendy and i even got a brew 100% i would recommend these guys for a bike purchase and another nice bonus was 20% off clothing and ECU Remap when you purchase a bike from them

Just want to say thanks for the impeccable service from Jake and the guys from Jordan bikes. From going to their fantastic showroom and choosing the bike, they were so helpful and no pushy sales rap . The bike was delivered to me the following weekend at the time they specified.
Recently bought Yamaha R3, staff super super friendly, bike cleaned to perfection! Also bought some security gear that day, I had no idea what was the best but not to worry as staff helped me out. After the purchase followed on FB must say like the online engagement and keeps it nice and transparent, shows trust in their products. Next bike I know were I shall getting my bike from.
My second bike from Jordan Bikes, first being a Kawasaki Ninja 650 Performance Edition and now a Kawasaki Z900 RS SE Yellowball and absolutely love it. Had the best service by Dillon who I bought the Z900 off and it wasn’t long before I wanted it remapped by the experts that they are, very knowledgeable and couldn’t have been looked after better by Mike on service, keeping me topped up on Coffee and good to chat to and Josh who did the remap went through the whole process and what he had done. The bike was a completely different bike on my way home albeit the weather was awful. Nick the owner even went out of his way to have a sit with me and send me a video of my bike on the dyno. I will never go anywhere else for my bikes and the way they conduct themselves in the showroom is very professional and welcoming. Keep up the good work Richard Clayton
Highly recommended these guys for your next bike. The whole online buying process from start to finish was excellent. Dylan kept me updated with every step right through to delivery. The bike was immaculate when it was delivered too.
Brought a Triumph Street Triple 675r from here without seeing in the flesh, Dylan was absolutely amazing at sorting everything including another video with close ups on all the blemishes, 3 to be exact, to be expected on a 7yr old bike. Delivered promptly within 3 days to West Wales. The bike itself is immaculate and I have done 300 miles in the last couple of days getting to know her and enjoying the sun. I highly recommend Jordan Bikes and would absolutely do business with them in the future.
