Just back from Bruges Xmas markets.....loved every minute. Hotel was great staff there very good....was little disappointed that we had a windy corner bus instead of the more modern Jones yellow bus but the driver Michael made up for that. He was an excellent driver in all that snow he got us home safely. And how he navigated the bus round the most difficult tight corners I'll never know. So glad too that we didn't go by ferry or we would have had 12hrs + delays. Can't wait for my next trip.

Came back from disneyland Paris yesterday with my wife and 2 children..great trip,driver was really friendly with the children and let us know everything we needed to know to make the trip easier...highly recommended

Have been on the first tour with you this weekend.It will not be the last.Excellent !!! Very professional & pleasant driver.Spot on with timings.Hotel was a very high standard.Would highly recommend.Thank you for the experience

We have just returned from a 2 day break to Legoland. We had such an amazing time and Gwyn(our driver) was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.
One thing which my party and others on the coach agreed on is that the hotel we stayed in did not meet the 4 * expectations-tthaquality and quantity of the food was not great for the evening meal and the rooms were very hot as well as many stains on the carpet!! I even had a sticker left on my pillowcase! Maybe this is something that Jones need to look in to for future trips. Apart from that, a great time and I would definitely use Jones the bus again.

My daughter Alys and her friend Lauren, went on a two day break to London  they had a fantastic time, the driver was lovely and hotel was great. They are now looking  to book again! Thank you very much Jones the bus 😊xxx
