Purchased some good quality leather Gabor boots. Not cheap but that's what you pay for good boots. Am hoping they will last a long time so worth the expenditure if they do. Staff were very helpful and I felt like I had a personalised experience. Am happy to buy from Jones again.

Staff very helpful, did not feel rushed at all. It was my second time there and will definitely be going back.
Whole shopping experience ruined by one staff member who treated us very condescendingly and tried to sell us the more expensive option at all times, being very pressuring and manipulative and then trying to sell us extras by making us feel like fools if we didn't buy them. Other lady on shift was quite nice, but seemed her opinion was just overlooked by her colleague. Expect a really uncomfortable experience if said staff member is around.
Was served by a extremely polite and helpful man by the name of Paul. The whole sale went smoothly and I walked away a vry happy lady.
Well worth the cost. It’s a bit more expensive than other shops, but the quality speaks for itself. I bought a pair of shoes for work, and wore them most days FOR 10 YEARS!!! They are sadly worn out now, but I’m going back for another pair. I’ve bought shoes for 30-50 quid and they’re worn out in 6 months, so my advice is to spend 100 and get something that will last a decade.
Emma was so helpful with trying to find shoes for a groom. Really considered the colour and style and wasn't too pushy about buying something that didn't work. Highly recommend.
I went there today Jones Bootmaker in Ashley Center Epsom and I have to say the shop manager was very rude and unhelpful! I wanted to buy shoes but because of the manager rudeness was putting me off of buying. I suggest the shop manager needed to take the customers service course before she enter to this job. I won’t going back in there again as service is awful!
I bought shoes here and after 10 weeks they fell apart the shop manager Emma very rude and unhelpful! Shoes are expensive and you expect them to last! I won’t be returning as service is awful
I give 4 stars because i found parking difficult, and wish a wider range of products. Apart from that, the staff was extremely helpful
