My Dad lives in a retirement site that went Right To Manage, and they chose Jones to be their agents. He has seen a large reduction his service charge but has also seen a more hands on approach. The building now looks remarkable and the owners are in control. Jones are a godsend and I cannot thank them enough

I needed a house share so popped in and asked, the lady I dealt with (Paula?) told me they couldn't help but took time to write down a number of a company who may be able to help. Top notch service!

Words fail me. All that I want is the hole in the roof fixing. Jones Associates sent a local Gardening Contractor to inspect who took a photo of this hole. Jones Associates seem to be now saying there is no hole. I don't know why they don't arrange to fix it, the management company receive service charges to cover situations like this. Reported on 22nd January 2018. Will update this review if the hole is repaired. To include timeline. Update: 15.03.18: I have just received a cease and desist letter threatening to sue me for defamation if I do not remove this review. The review is truthful and does not defame Jones Associates. So I am updating and clarifying the current situation. After receiving a number of what I believe were vitriolic and bizarre emails from a representative of Jones Associates. I was variously informed that the hole in the roof did not exist because the gardener was 'adamant' that there was no hole. This was despite the gardener photographing the hole on his first visit. Eventually, Jones informed me that the gardener/roofer had fixed the roof on the afternoon of his initial visit by replacing tiles. I don't know why Jones Associates did not simply say this in the first place (the tiles are not visible from the street and the hole in the felt is still there internally alongside collapsed tiles. On his visit the gardener/roofer informed me, correctly. that he could not use ladders due to health and safety risks of working at height above the street and I assumed he would brief Jones Associates that the works would require working from height measures to be taken. I work for a safety company and know that you don't use ladders for a third story roof. I can only assume that he attended with ladders to repair the roof as no other arrangements were made and the pavement was not officially closed off. However, it is possible that he managed to obtain a cherry picker at short notice and cordoned off the street, but I was in the office and did not notice this, if it happened. Currently the hole in the felt and the fallen tiles are still visible internally, it is not possible to see what has been done on the tiles as it is too high to see. I believe the works such as this should be inspected by an actual roofing contractor who is insured to carry out such works and is able to conduct risk assessments and work lawfully at height - ideally a member of a scheme such as 'safe contractor' who vet contractors over safety compliance and insurance. The risks associated with objects or people falling from height are simply not worth it. I have instructed Jones Associates of these concerns and have received no assurance that they agree with this or have or will put this into practice. Indeed, they seem to be refusing to communicate with me - other than by threatening legal letters.
