Excellent food and great environment. The staff is very polite and the place is immaculate.
I ordered a takeaway from this Indian restaurant. The food was fairly good but a little bland for my taste. The staff were pleasant and polite and I was jot kept waiting. Easy parking outside and clearly marked sign for the entrance. The restaurant was on the 1st floor and on the day I visited the lift was out of order so not accessible for some disabled diners.
Well they've got no business sense, who turns away diners cash only on a soggy Tuesday night at 8.30pm in late October when the place is half empty? Can't comment on the food because we couldn't get rammed into the half empty gaffe they're running. Oh and try to be a bit more professional guys - marker penned message on paper bag taped on door claiming card machine don't work sums up the experience I'm glad I never had.
Booked for our xmas curry , 11 over excited men and all in the xmas spirit. Flow of drinks was great and starters was just right. Main course came which was lovely ,everyone of us said how nice food was. Great food ,very clean and service was with a smile. Sorry if we a little loud. Also young waiter who served us was great. Well done jolsha team. Back soon
We visited for a 21st birthday meal as part of a group of 11 adults. Meal was ok. There was nothing wrong with the food but there was nothing special about either. Our problem came at the end of the evening when a member of our party went up to pay the whole bill and discovered they were trying to over charge on the wine. There were 4 bottles of house wine. 2 x Red & 2 x White I believe it was. They wanted to charge over £25 per bottle when the drinks menu’s on the table clearly state £17.95 I believe it was. When this was pointed out, they simply said it’s gone up. Of course this unacceptable. 10 minutes of arguments, involving two members of our party to get them to except this point and adjust the bill. I can’t imagine ever going back. To sum up - Parking restrictions of only 2 hours free, a bit stupid. Food, nothing special. Customer service award - they won’t be winning one any time soon. Parking: You only have 2 hours free on the car park.
Tried this place twice, never again. It might sound strange but salad came with the food and it stunk like some one had it down the back of their pants, the next time I was straight on the loo. Thing is the food tastes unreal, but there is obviously a hygiene issue.
Ordered 3 dishes. The takeaway tubs were literally just about half full. Food was stone cold and tasteless. Used to like this place but won't be rushing back.
Lovely food and very helpful staff suggesting meal ideas that aren't ridiculously priced.Food: 5/5
i'm not a huge fan of indian food, but it was amazing. i had a chicken tikkaFood: 5/5
Disappointed as they had good reviews. Place was busy which was nice but food was bland and had no spice or heat to it and basically all tasted the same. We ordered multiple curries to try different flavours and Heat level from medium to hot and all lacked any heat or flavour but chicken wasn't overdone which was a positive. Naan bread was doughy one end and a bit overcooked on the other. Some of the starters were enjoyable. Staff were friendly but probably wouldn't return which is a shame
