I go to this store once a month as we don't have a Jollyes where I live in Dunstable. The staff here are lovely and always helpful when you need to find something or even measure a dog coat to make sure of the fit. They also have a great range of treats for all animals, coats, leads collars and toys and more, but the cherry on the top for me is their really good range of raw dog food. This company are streets ahead of Pets At Home and I wish they were more local to where I live.
Absolutely heartbreaking, all the times I’ve been in this store i have never seen something so sad. This female piggy looked gravely unwell with one eye nearly completely shut and the other with lots of mucus around the bottom. Not only this but she was not moving well, more of a tremble. Its clear that the staff have no training on how to look after their animals and I would NOT recommend this shop to buy a pet. Only good for the overpriced treats
First time visiting this store. It was clean, well spaced and everything was easy to find. There was a great selection of dog food, toys and other items. The staff were really friendly
Very pleasant checkout staff. The store is well stocked with dog foods which is why I was in there and by joining their pet club saved 15% off the bill.

On July 28th, I visited the store to collect two rabbits, bedding and other necessary items. While I was loading my car, my wife paid almost £100. When I normally pay for goods, I am asked if I am a member of the loyalty scheme, and receive credit for the purchase. My wife was not asked, so ,as a result, we didn't get credited for the considerable spend. This is quite unusual as I find the staff helpful and efficient, Harriet and Billie being staff members whose names I am aware of. As I said, this was an isolated issue and I am sure will not happen again. Ian Proudfoot
A clean store with friendly helpful staff. Tuesdays and Wednesdays, you can take your pets in to see the vet. I phoned to make an appointment and took my two puppies in. They got weighed, had their nails clipped, the vet checked them over, advised on ears and feeding. I only paid £5 each. A great service.
Went to see the community vet for some advice about knots in my spaniels ears and both she and the gentleman in her team were fantastic in helping me deal with the problem. Thank you for providing such an excellent service to Milton Keynes.
