GREAT staff and GREAT first time shopping experience at your store! Your staff went above and beyond to ensure that I got the perfect new harness for our little dog Paco, and adjusted it again and again to make sure the fit was perfect for him and that it was the right one for the job. We had purchased a different one from another store and found that if he pulled, it was exerting pressure on his trachea and causing him to intermittently choke and needed one that fit differently, fit better, supported in different areas and this K9 one absolutely did the job and the fellow that was helping us in the Enniskillen store made sure that it was the right one for Paco before we left. GREAT staff! GREAT store and a GREAT first time shopping experience with your company! THANK YOU!

Always friendly with offers of help and advice. Will go out of their way to source an item if not in stock though they have a huge variety in store. The staff know their stuff and if the store representative doesn't they'll find the person who does.
I rescued an injured sparrow with a broken wing and I needed a reasonably sized bird cage at a reasonable price. They had one that I thought would allow the little bird to practice flying before I release it back to the wild.
Always friendly staff and good choices and value
Been going in occasionally the last few years and had no bother, usually good stock and staff friendly and helpful. Different experience last visit, went in with my partner for food for his cornsnakes. Picked up weaner rats rather than the usual large mice just for a change. My partner has had snakes over 10 years now, has fed rats before and is already well informed how to feed and care for his snakes. At the till we met a secondary school age girl who was very snappy, took the rats out of his hands, told him they’d kill the snakes marched off to put them back and put mice through the till instead. Couldn’t get a word in edgewise. Overall very unprofessional and clearly ill-informed, god knows what sort of potentially dangerous advice has been dished out to other customers that maybe wouldn’t know better. Disappointing from an otherwise usually decent shop.
Would have posted, 5 stars but first male staff I came across was not smiley. Perhaps new but customers do like to feel welcome, never came across a long face ever. Usually, staff are great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Their birdseed is 100% clean and fresh, shop is kept at an excellent standard of hygiene along with Pets for Sale clean and content.
