Just been into Jolleys. It is a store I go into often. Usually the service is very pleasant but not tonight. I was greeted by a guy who had no smile and no hello. I was trying to get £7 worth of loose bird seed for that is all the money I had on me. It is difficult when you cant weigh it yourself. Scales should be provided as it would make things so much easier. I was 2p short. The man behind the till said £7 then I cant be arsed. Needless to say I can away very unimpressed!

It's great for my little dog's food and going to the vets in the walk in clinic on a Thursday evening.

Good prices and decent range. Store manager failed to offer assistance with heavy items. Some of the other staff are far more pleasant.
