SELLING EXPIRED FOOD IS UNACCEPTABLE bought a few bits from this brand to test it out, pet din not want to eat it. looked on the packs and food was expired. bought these products on 07.06.2020.
Best pet store ever! Stocks a large range of reasonably priced products and will order brands they don't carry on the shelves. Staff are friendly, hugely helpful and knowledgeable and clearly love animals; and today carried 24kg of dog food to the car for me :
Visited Jolly’s several days ago for my bits!! Huge variety of pet supplies especially for dogs!! The service was fantastic! A young smart gentleman called Rio attended to my needs!! He was attentive, astute & excelled in communication skills!! My advice!! Excellent Management material .
Wide range of petfoods, treats, dog and cat toys and accessories. The staff are knowledgeable both about their products and about animals. Prices are reasonable, especially for their own brand petfoods which are, in my experience, as good as the more expensive big name brands. Very good free parking and staff will help you carry purchases to your car.
Great store and excellent staff. Always plenty of stock and lots of cut price offers, but it's the calibre of staff that really impresses me and why I return again and again - they're first rate. Shop managers of Britain - if you want to know what customer service really is - visit this store!
Great place for shopping visits with my dogs but look out for the uncovered Pick and Mix with curious canine snouts poking around! There is a shop assistant there who is very helpful and knowledgeable who always remembers my dogs and fusses them with treats. Would highly recommend!
Bought fish, gravel and live plants. Put them in a new tank and did everything properly but a few days later, they were being treated for white spot. Very disappointed. Nearly all the cold water fish should be treated for white spot and be sectioned off, but they won't. They gave us a plant from a *known* white spot contaminated tank, that had a DEAD FISH IN IT. AND THEY STILL SOLD IT ME. They used to be really good for fish. Now, they only have a few tanks. Some even had a skeleton in it, which means that the dead fish was in there a while. So so so so disappointed. Concerned about the fish, they are not even being fed properly. The next day one had bites on their side because they were fighting for food. Not impressed at all.

I went into jollies pet shop to get some toys and food for my rats... I noticed they had 2 male baby rats in the store in a glass cage with litter and hay in there!, I decided to buy them so the woman got them out for me by picking them up by there tails!!! And put them in a box full of hay Once I got them home and got them settled I noticed them sneezing and coughing, I checked on them and noticed they had mucus coming out of there nose. I contacted jollies and was told I could return them and get a refund but no other help was offered like I would let the poor things go back to that!!!
Came into the store today to buy a pet pen for my cat. Store manager was amazing and very helpful. It was really pleasant visit.
