I phoned the shop, was asked to call back later and so I did.  I confirmed they had the Leyland gloss in stock and even confirmed the packaging to be sure we were talking about the same paint.  They confirmed stock, I traveled 13 miles specifically for that item and paid for parking.  Went into shop only to be told they don't stock that item.

Went to match some paint for our new house. The guy was miserable, not particularly helpful and seemed under pressure to switch between front and back of the shop. Not a great experience unfortunately
