Have to agree with some of the reviews below concerning customer service and unfriendly staff I called into this branch on Saturday 2nd April with a broken roller pole I had purchased from them only 9 months before, expecting a straight forward exchange on a faulty product the women on duty was unfriendly and unpolite to say the least, I was informed it was wear and tear on a professional product that had been used only once or twice a week, she seemed surprised that the the pole even had paint spittle on it and started scratching the paint off the pole with her finger nail and again insisting the broken catch was wear and tear and eventually she grudgingly agreeded to an exchange on a faulty product, poor unprofessional customer service, I won't be going back.
Blonde woman on the desk has poor customer service skills. She came across as unfriendly and unwilling to help. I won't be using again.
Brilliant Customer service...had paint mixed and nothing was too much trouble....the chap was both curtious & polite
Rude staff, one guy is also practically deaf and very rude. My advice is go to the Wolverhampton one, they’re lovely and friendly there
