Travelled today to Glasgow with my wife who has mobility difficulties and we were more than pleased at station staff assistance given to her, both at Johnstone and Central,so prompt and highly coordinated communication between the stations made our journey so comfortable, thank you to all
Pretty decent little town in the West of Scotland
Visited the station this morning to arrange a trip to London on my way back to New Zealand. Immediately the repoire between myself and the wonderful Staff member Susan whilst arranging my ticket was delightful. I hope her day wqs made as much as mine was with the banter both ways. Thank you Susan staff like you are to be valued.
