They invoiced me £199.20 for a job they didn't do! I had low pressure in on of the taps, they sent twice engineers that didn't know how to fix it one wanted to change the mega flow, despite high pressure in all other taps. Absolutely unbelievable that I need to argue with them about the this. What type of business charges a customer for telling him that they don't know how to fix a problem???

Awful.  Charge for estimates and mileage! Ripped my wallpaper to look for the source of a leak without my consent! Necessitating expensive redecoration.  Disorganised and unprofessional company.  There are better.  Do not use.
