Had no heating and needed an engineer. Wouldn't even come out to see it. Very rude on the phone. Obviously not interested in helping anyone at the coldest time of year. Avoid this company.

Very efficient service. They came when they said they would and resolved teh problem quickly.

Came to quote. Never heard from them. Phoned them up after a couple of months to ask about my quote. Said they'd call me back. Never did. Unreliable and obviously not interested in local business
