I took a quilt cover in to be ironed. Asked the price and she said £8.50 but then I said you said £6 on the phone. 'Oh right yes £6', which was strange. Picked it up today and realised I had wasted £6, no better than I could have done it at home, in fact I will need to go over it again.
I had 4 photo mugs made and they are brilliant. They will be fab Christmas presents. Emma was very helpful and gave amazing customer service.
They lost my wife's dress! It was sent out with someone else's laundry. Cut a long story short, we got the dress back after about 3 weeks as fortunately whoever it was sent to incorrectly sent it back. And they didn't charge us for cleaning it, which was appreciated. We didn't need the dress and were pleased not to have to put in a claim as the dress was a one off design, according to the wife. Problem appears to be staff turnover as the explanation I was given was that there were different staff for almost every day of the week, so not everyone was aware what previous staff had put garments.
extremely happy with johnsons cleaners The lady who served me definitely went the extra mile to help she was very helpful professional and friendly. thank you, my daughter is happy to have her coat back in time for horse riding.
