Having brought my wedding dress in for dry cleaning in September, the treatment resulted in a very tiny hole becoming a tear, and two more holes appearing. I am still waiting for the dress to be returned as they said they would repair it. It is now January.

Didcot’s WORST - Johnsons dry cleaners @Sainsbury’s Highlights - Horrible customer service - Expensive This is a full account of my experience with them. I visited them today (Sunday 20 March 2016) to collect couple of trousers and was quite surprised to see the bill amount to £32(inclusive of £10 membership renewal fee). I explained to the attendant that I had not requested for membership renewal and so should not be included in the bill. He offered no help, was rude and refused to return my goods without full payment. Note: £22 for dry cleaning 2 trousers, which costs £14 in any other dry cleaners. THIS IS DAYLIGHT ROBERY!!!
