9 days to iron 8 shirts and when collected them was told that still not finished I would have to call back another time. No apology just a very curt 'we've had staff shortages' as if it was to be expected. Slow packing the shirts and slow taking payment and altogether poor slow service. Will not be using again when there are so many independent places with much quicker service - and actually with a smile (which along with a simple sorry costs nothing by the way, it would have gone a long way to remedying what was a bit of a farce).

Store was let down by a very rude member of staff. Dismissive, uninterested and had no intention of providing any decent customer service. Went to drop off some parcels for Hermes collection, will not be using their services again.
