Shockingly bad. I can honestly do a better job myself. I have posted pictures of how bad the shirts were to prove a point. I hardly ever review anywhere but felt I really needed to on this occasion. I can't believe I ditched my usual dry clearner for a "named brand"

This dry cleaners has really gone down hill, reduced opening hours, reduced customer service and recently the till system was down for a week. Try somewhere else?

Poor service, don't know left arm from right arm and internal communications between staff, well non-existant. Had to visit three times to collect several items of clothing as it came back at different times and staff blamed one another for misplacing it..
