I've used their services before and experienced excellent quality and service, unfortunately recently i have experience the most shocking costumer service ever. The lady on the front desk of the shop was extremely rude with me her attitude was deplorable. It's sad that people with this kind of attitude can be allow to work where costumer service should be a priority. I really don't recommend it.

I had my army uniform dry cleaned before our wedding to make sure it looked the prt. However it was completely ruined after being cleaned in Warwick. I totally understand that things can go wrong but three out of the five metal studs inside the collar, attaching a piece of white collar were missing after the clean. When noticing this and asking the lady working she denied any knowledge of where they had gone. But after pressing for more information as I knew they were definitely in the collar beforehand. The lady actually admitted finally that they were broken during the cleaning process and had lost two of the studs and managed to find us the one broken stud she still had. The service was very unapologetic and the lady even lied and tried to say the uniform came in that way even though she knew she had one of the studs. It was very sad as since then I was unable to source the studs for this particular uniform after speaking with over 20 different suppliers and tailors so unfortunately I was unable to get married with the uniform correctly worn. The cost of this uniform is too great to buy another one at over a £1000, if Johnsons had just dealt with it better we may have been able to be more forgiving.
