Went to have my canada goose coat dry cleaned said needed specialist treatment, discovered another same coat in and both came back torn pockets cleaning product stained and the inside stuffing coming out and the coat cost over £800 and the cleaners said the coat is faulty not us, disgraceful never take products of expense if value them

I took in some clothes for wash and fold. Simple stuff. I get places all over Europe to do this for me when I'm on the road. There were t-shirts, socks, boxer briefs, shorts, three dress shirts and a couple of casual short sleeve shirts too. The t-shirts, shorts and all that, don't really matter. That's easy stuff. What mattered was the dress shirts. They asked if they should be ironed and since these are no-iron cotton shirts, I said no. Please just fold them. What I got back is worse than anything even a teenager would do to his shirts. I've posted pictures. Have a look. Also, who doesn't pair up socks when taking them from the dryer? I'll tell ya who. Johnson's Dry Cleaners on New Hall Lane in Preston, Lancashire. That's who. I think my socks were all there, but none of them were together. They were just kinda thrown in the laundry bag. That's MY socks. The bag also contained three (yeah three) white women's ankle socks. Only three. A pair and a half. So I went back to the branch where I asked the branch manager about the carelessness that lead to me receiving someone else's socks, and to ask why my ($150) shirts had been handled like shop rags. You'd think that someone in charge would see an unhappy customer and try to remedy the situation, but that's cause you haven't met A_____ who's name tag identified her as the branch manager. The socks, she set aside mumbling something about how they had probably been left in the dryer from the load before mine, but the shirts, apparently that's what Johnson's does with them. They fold the things, collar and all, the just keep folding/rolling up until they fit in the laundry bag... I've paid less, and gotten my shirts properly folded, and even had one place insert collar stiffeners around the whole collar - like when they're new in the store. Avoid Johnson's. At least this branch.

Excellent dry cleaners, but dangerous to get too because of having to cross two lanes of traffic.

Worst service ever Gave me £200+ jacket by mistake! Missing clothes, have to check every time Unbelievably bad pressing service Over priced Close before they say they close!! At6:30pm
