Took my coat (paid 1000 euros) there and he told me I could wash it myself in the washing machine. It's like you go for a restaurant, ask for a table and they say you could go home and cook some food. I DIDN'T LIKE IT. Expensive? Yes! They didn't even put the fur back on the hood. Lazy.

I'm not sure not being able to dry clean items within 4 days is acceptable but being rude certainly isn't. Luckily local competitors are more flexible so shop around.
