Did a great job dry cleaning mine and my husbands wedding outfits. Fast turnaround. Helpful staff. Easy to park. Reasonable prices.
When I discovered a family member had vandalised my wedding outfit I was devastated, and was expecting to pick up some rags for patchwork when I signed over the "I understand that this item has no washing instructions and it might get spoiled" form, but Tracy"Tinkerbell got them cleaned and ready in less than 3 hours for a very reasonable price. Huge thanks, it means the world.
Went into the Burton site yesterday the 2nd August 23, site lovely and clean and tidy, was served by a very professional member of staff that I noticed her name was Tracey on her badge, nice happy hello can I help then helped me with the label printing machine and took my parcel all with a genuine smile. Wish most shops employed staff like her. Was an absolute pleasure. Def be back. Thank you !!
An exceptionally rude female member of staff served me on 03/02/23. Was rude from the moment she appeared at the counter, seemed very put out that I hesitated slightly as I was unsure if another customer was waiting to be served before me. Snapped because I didn’t understand a question she asked me. Told me she was busy and in a rush- no excuse to be rude to customers. Overall a terrible experience, will never use this service again.
Expensive curtains ruined!!! Took two pairs of curtains for dry cleaning at a cost of £137 to get them back to find they have shrunk by at least 2 inches in drop!! Ridiculous. Complaint madeService: Drapery & window cover cleaning
On 6/9/2022 Time 16:33 When I went to collect my trousers Because of the previous comment that I made the staff that stayed me there she said what you have reviewed racist for my colleague is wrong she said and argued with me.I told her she is for me and you can't speak out at me like this.she replied to me I will do the same revenge of comment to uber as Iam uber driver thinking she is going to make me at risk.Finally she told she has chased the manager as her colleague is not racist and told me not to use that shop any more.I have never seen a staff to fight a customer for things who did not saw ,who was not there.but like previous staff she was not wearing badge with her name and was very very terrible.not using the company any more.I have never seen staff fighting for father person whom he don't see ,who heard story.she fought me by story and changed the company job to private.she don't care for job but this is double racism.Service: Organic dry cleaning
Their Evri parcel printer doesn't work so don't waste your time going there if you need label printed for your parcel.
Exceptional staff and service. Always go above and beyond. Friendly and warm. Quick turn around and never had an item come back less than perfect. Tracy even managed to turn around a number of wash and iron items within the same day - couldn’t believe it! Outstanding service by all.
Had some curtains altered by the derby branch. There stitching was lovely. Shame they made them 4cm too short from the measurements i gave them. I took them back and they acknowledged they'd made a mistake agreed to rectify the prob. When i took home the curtains a second time the drop was different from one side to the other. The manager was was brilliant but i dont trust there seamstress. Took them somewhere else.
Went in to enquire about a service, the lady was so rude and short with. Felt so bad for going and about to five my custom to them
