Not a good experience. Took a coat in to have a new zip and be dry cleaned. Cost £41. I was told that someone would call me when my coat was ready so went away feeling optimistic. About a week later I went in as I had heard nothing and was told the repair lady had been on holiday so there was a backlog but still could not be given a date. I went in a week later again and still my coat was not ready so I said I needed it for the week after because I was going away. When I was on the way home I got a call to say my coat was ready. That was just a couple of hours difference. Why couldn't I have been told that in the morning? It seems like Johnsons don't know what they are doing and do not inform their customers.

Not able to park or even to stop by near the shop is their biggest problem.
