Top service before , during and after the move - absolutely rate them
Very poor service many items of our furniture had survived 2 world wars +. But not our house move. Furthermore the insurance they provide does not cover damages.The extent of the damages has taken over a year to assess to send reports to the insurers. The % of the cover does not reflect the true value. The BAR award is a ruse it does not protect the customer from.poor service.
In an increasingly faceless world some things need the personal touch. Johnsons came out to our house to provide an accurate quote and we found them very professional. However we initially thought them a little out of our price range and plumped for a web based company. In hindsight I really wish we had paid that little extra as I discovered you get what you pay for - I recommend to bargain a little harder on your other expenses and get a top tier removal company.
Rubbish Business. Literally, I worked for them and they tried not paying me for a weeks work. A few months later they paid me but they payed me a few hours less. This company will go to great lengths to save money on it staff while highly charging its customers.
Very poor service and charge you a fortune! Was having a chat with one of the lads and they told me they get treated very poorly zero hours contract and day rate pay even for working 15 hours a day! And if they try and do anything about the lads then get laid off for a week as punishment absolutely disgusting
Third time we've used Johnsons. Friendly and efficient service. Couple of minor issues resolved promptly and effectively
This place should be avoided like the plague.not helpfull one bit unless your lining there pockets.
