This guy is a cycling genius he knows about every part of a bike and how to repair it, hes very old school in his personality and his way with words, he has no time for time wasters (but then again who does!) if you ask a silly question you will get a silly answer!

Complete waste of my time! Very annoyed customer! After quite a few failed attepts to call on the phone, finally got through and arranged for the service of my bike, although times state 9am i was informed the shop wouldn't open till 9:30am. States inwould be there dead on 9:30am to drop my bike off. Arrived 9:25am shutters down. Waited until 10:15am still closed and no one answering phone!! What a complete waste of time and effort - I try to support local businesses but sometimes wonder why!!
