Our floors are original 1896 boards with a heavy tacky varnish which i had been unable to renovate myself with hired sanders. I rang Johnny Walsh for a quote (which he kept to) and within a week our living room and dining room floors were transformed, looking better than we'd imagined .. cleaned, sanded and oiled with virtually no mess. Recommended.
