Absolutely brilliant.  I had a problem with a leak before and contacted John. He had the issue solved in quick time. Price was good. Efficiency was terrific.  I have contacted John again for another problem.  He was with me within 2 hours of calling.  He again solved this problem and gave me  a name for a recommendation for someone that may be able to do some different work for us. I would certainly recommend John in terms of puncuality efficiency plus a job well done and competitive pricing. Many thanks John.

What a 1st class company! John and his sons have come to my rescue three times now and on all occasions provided a brilliant service. They are all such lovely people. Very friendly and professional.  All work was carried out efficiently with a real 'can do' attitude. Have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and I certainly wouldn't ever consider using anyone else. 5* service all round.

'Change of toilet and basin suite in downstairs restroom'.  Very highly recommended.  I usually don't write reviews, but on this occasion I think it's important to convey my appreciation.  Not only was the installation carried out perfectly, but the care and attention to detail for all the other inevitable quirks that these jobs have, were also addressed efficiently.  The work was discussed at each step.  Furthermore, the installation was carried out in a friendly and personable manner.  I'd definitely use again if the need arises.

This is the second time I have called John and he has sorted the problem within an hour each time.  Different issues. Such a helpful pleasant person.  I can highly recommend him and will always call upon him in the future.

Excellent service. Had an emergency that needed sorting. John was available by phone to come round when it was convenient to me. The job was straight forward and sorted within minutes. John then text later in the week to check that it was still working well. Couldn’t fault the service at all!
