Had a really lovely meal here with a decent cup of tea and coffee.   Called in here on returning from wildlife park.  Great social distancing and hygiene so felt extremely comfortable to eat here staff are lovely definitely worth a visit if you're passing

Always stop off here if I’m in the area and I’ve never been disappointed. Chunky fish and really good batter.

It was a lovely fish and chip restaurant, safe to sit in and eat. On a country road it nice to find somewhere to eat with off road parking.

My first bag of chips since the lock down wasn't a disappointment. There wasn't one bad chip. We come all the way from Aspatria for these chips. They're the best for miles around. The cod goujons are also  scrumptious. They're easier to eat than a whole cod portion and the fish is always melt in the mouth fresh.

Lovely food in a calm, peaceful and very safe feeling environment. Well done to all involved, that was the first time we had eaten out since covid19 started and you made it a very pleasant experience.

Best fish supper I've tasted in a long while.  On road home to Scotland .. so glad we caught them before they shut!
