Just had the best service I've ever experienced in a hairdressers. Lauren was so professional and friendly, and really listened to what I wanted and gave loads of hair care advice. My colour and cut is beautiful, I couldn't be more pleased with it. The salon is smart and welcoming and all the staff friendly and cheerful. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!!!! Thank you Lauren, you're an absolute angel! x

Can't thank Nigel and his team enough for saving me from my hair disaster! I called in a panic and he saw me straight away. Made me feel in safe hands, did a brilliant job fixing my awful yellow hair and made it look amazing considering the state it was in. Will definitely be making them my regular and will recommend to friends and family. Very friendly atmosphere

First class! I booked in for a wash and blow dry and was very pleased with the result. I usually have to flatten volume or brush out tons of hairspray when I have used other salons, but for once there was no need. Hair was perfectly washed and styled and stayed in the whole day. Would definitely recommend and I will certainly be back. Thank you very much.

Firstly don't believe any bad review you may read on here. Difficult people are hard to please. I am a difficult person to please and I am very picky about everything. As such, I am so glad I found John Richards, I haven't been coming for years but more like a year. From my first appointment to my latest one today they have been very attentive and give great advice. My cuts have always been nothing short of superb. Styles that no barber/salon has been able to achieve for me properly and I must say the fees are extremely reasonable. I'd pay more... but I won't tell them that :). Nevertheless, my stylist Jess and any of the other people have come across have always been friendly and delivered the service I expect to receive which is of a very high standard. 5 star doesn't cover it, if there was a 6th I'd give it. Don't hesitate just book your appointment, they'll take care of you.

A great salon with a lovely atmosphere, My family and I have been having our hair done here for years and we have always found the staff welcoming. I can't recommend them highly enough. I had to have a colour correction after attempting to colour my hair my self and with the advice and professionalism of my stylist I walked out the salon a new woman!! happy and with great hair so thank you guys.
