Looked on Google maps to find a good place for breakfast before travelling home from our holiday cottage. A gentleman described this restaurant as Best Food on the Land! Well he's not wrong. Absolutely blown away by the big breakfast, 2x runny eggs! Everything cooked to perfection  better than our cafe at home!

Nice little cafe situated in the heart of Shaftesbury, just a few hundred metres from the famous Gold Hill. The staff are friendly and dogs are also allowed which gives it a very homely feel. The menu is varied and the prices are as you would expect for a tourist town............ well recommended

Lovely & friendly really feel at home this has always been a place in my heart from the days when I was a youngster strongly recommend

Superb service with friendly staff and well laid out tables and signage in regards to coronavirus. Amazing breakfast, great choice of menu and freshly cooked to order. Highly recommended!

Always a must on my return visits to Dorset. Good simple food. Not greasy. Dog friendly. Lovely staff

Very pet friendly, our little one if she had thumbs! would give it the big thumbs up, especially when she was presented with a yummy sausage.  we had a lovely fry up and a coffee, food was lovely coffe a bit weak, but I guess that's an individual preference. definitely recommend though.
