After hearing such good reviews I decided to buy my wife a ring to celebrate our upcoming 20th wedding anniversary. I have to say now I wish I had not given my business to John Pass but stayed loyal to E Jones! If you had spent the equivalent of a brand new iphone 8 and had it passed over to you in a nondescript cardboard box popped into a little bag with no bill of sale and no proof of what you had actually purchased! would you feel happy with your shopping experience?  The proprietor after I emailed my complaint did try to make amends but this type customer  treatment should never had happened in the first place.

Lovely shop. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. They had exactly the watch I wanted, hubby is going to be so happy on Xmas day! Will definitely return for future jewellery purchases.
