We have recently sold our house through John Francis! And we can’t thank Curtis at Countrywide as our Mortgage advisor and Zak for the quick service! Curtis was extremely helpful and always at the end of the phone or an email! Zak was extremely quick in putting our house up for sale and always at the end of the phone! Michelle was also extremely helpful and had good communication skills when at the property with viewers! Can’t thank you all enough! Will definitely recommend!
John Francis in Llanelli did a brilliant job of selling our property. They were responsive supportive and did a great job of not only managing all the viewing but also progressed the sale through to completion perfectly. Thank you Michelle, Chloe and Sean. I would highly recommend them.
Amazing customer service provided by Michelle and her team at John Francis. My house was viewed and sold within a week.. very professional and helpful... and I couldn’t recommend their mortgage advisor Phillip Harries enough!!! Why do John Francis never almost never answer their phones or reply to messages?
We would like to say thank you to the Llanelli Staff of John Francis for their support during the sale of our home. We would also like to say a big thank you to Christie Evans from Countrywide Conveyancing Services, for the way she so professionally helped and guided us through the legal requirements.
Morally devoid. I tried buying a house via John Francis a few years ago and was shocked by the service. Initially warm and friendly, I agreed a purchase price above the asking price. Having started conveyancing and progressing with the mortgage they called me to let me know a higher offer was received and told me I'd have to raise my offer to continue the purchase. This is shocking given that I'd already offered more than the asking price. The REALLY shocking thing was that when I discussed this with them they kept saying 'this is legal' which I understood, but they didn't seem to understand that what I was saying was that it was immoral and unscrupulous business behaviour. Worrying that they really didn't seem to know the difference.
I’ve used John Francis, in Llanelli, for selling both my personal property and also as a developer, new build properties too. The service has been excellent, the staff are very friendly and professional. Good relationships have been maintained throughout the process.
Have dealt with Phil the Financial Advisor on many occasions. Very helpful, tells you exactly what you need and finds the best deal for your circumstances. Top service. Staff are always happy and friendly.
If I could give a mins then I would I am very happy set with the service from a guy called Sean.He is very rude dealing with customer's and very ill manner.I will not sell my house with this company again
Really disappointed with the service for a "profesional agency." I made an appoitment to view a property to let in,Llanelli.. the appointment was for 10.30 am. At 10.50 I was still standing outside the property.. Enough.. I left a note on the door.. In what universe is this acceptable behaviour to leave a prospective client waiting at a doorstep? I would have paid six months rent in advance... There is a complete lack of respect,not just fort myself but for the poor soul who has entrusted their property to you. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This not the first time that I have heard reports of your appalling and dishonest beaviour . i have a list of names and people of whom you have treated shabbily.. Enough. We're going to the ombudsmen.. Alice Maclennan Whitfield..
